Finding Products
There are two ways to locate products on our site. You can either browse through our categories and sub-categories or enter keywords into the 'Search' field on the top left navigation pane.
You can reach the category pages from the Top or Left Navigation pane. Once on a Category Page you can either narrow down your search by clicking on one of the (Sub) Categories listed on the page, or scroll down directly to all of the products listed in the category. You can choose how many products to list on each page and also sort by: Product Name, Newest Products, Price or Customer Ratings.
Once you find your product, simply choose a size and click the 'add to cart' button adjusting the quantity if desired. The item selected will be moved to your shopping cart for purchase and you will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart.

Click the "Continue Shopping" button to find and add more products, or click the "Proceed to Checkout" button 6. Existing Customers: Login to your account and use your information. 7. New Customers: Fill your billing and
shipping information. Choose a Password for your account. Review your
information and select the shipping method. 8. Review the final order information and click the "Place Your Order" button.

1. Browse through our website and select products you wish to purchase. 2. Fill out this Order Form and fax or email to us.
Phone:
1. Browse through our website and select products you wish to purchase. 2. Write down the name, size and quantity of the product(s). 3. Call us at 1.800.240.5536 and speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives
Mail:
You may also mail us your order by following the Fax/Email Order option above. Simply print the Order
Form and mail your completed order to the address below. We will contact you as soon as we receive the order with you final total and to collect payment.

Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Money Orders (orders will be shipped once money order is received and clears).
Sales Tax
Although federal law doesn't require us to charge tax for items shipped across state lines, you may be personally required by your state to remit sales tax. However, if your delivery address is in Michigan, our system will charge you 6% state sales tax.
Product Availability
If your order is placed before Noon (12pm) Eastern Standard Time on a Business Day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, all in stock items are typically shipped the same day. If the order is placed afternoon, all in stock items are typically shipped the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order. Please allow shipping time in addition to processing time. In the event there is
an unforeseen delay, we will contact you via e-mail.
How to Update or Cancel an Order
To make changes or to cancel your order Contact Us as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped usually on the same weekday they are received.
Back Orders
Because we update our inventory every hour, there is a small chance that stock for the item you ordered may have been depleted. If this happens and the out-of-stock item is not forecasted to be available within our processing time (24-48 hours), the out-of-stock item (and associated shipping and tax costs) will be separated from your original order and placed into a special kind of order called a 'Back Order'. This order will go into a queue and wait to be completed until the item comes back into stock. The portion of your order that was not back-ordered will process and ship as normal.
A few notes about Back Orders:
- You will be notified via email when a portion of your order has been back-ordered
- No extra shipping costs are charged for back-ordered items
If Your Credit Card is Declined
In most cases the reason for a transaction to be declined is
because of:
1. The credit card number is entered
incorrectly 2. The expiration date is entered
incorrectly 3. The CVV code is entered incorrectly 4. Billing Address does not match 5. There is a temporary hold on the
account
