I use this on aluminum horse trailers. It will remove the oxidation from years of neglect. It usually takes 3-4 treatments. Perhaps I’m too cautious on the strength.
I bought a 2000 aluminum horse trailer that had never been cleaned. It had 13 years of oxidation. Granted it took a couple of applications to get it looking like it does today, but now it just shines. In fact, the shine from the fenders reflect on the sides. I used the 1 to 10 ratio for my mix. I have acid washed horse trailers for years and it is very important to follow all manufacturer directions. My favorite time to acid wash is during a very light rain or mist. Times I avoid all hot, sunny and windy conditions. Can share before and after pics with anyone requesting.
I use this on my aluminum horse trailer. Works great, trailer is 16 years old and looks new!
Used it to clean side rails and fuel tanks on refer trailers. makes tanks and rails shine like new. Also works well on the painted surfaces.

Worked even better than I anticipated. Took the 4 years of grime right off my aluminum rims.
